Mr. Lynes has over 30 years of environmental engineering experience. He has worked in both environmental and safety compliance developing Environmental, Health and Safety Management Systems, with emphasis in air, hazardous waste, stormwater, SPCC, and the array of OSHA safety and industrial hygiene programs. Mr. Lynes has incorporated his regulatory compliance experience into developing practical approaches to compliance.
